CUCINA DIANA PHILOSOPHY…… Ours started with a journey to create the perfect Marinara Sauce. It didn’t stop there! Family, friends, tradition & of course, good food, are the heart & soul of every Italian home. With that in mind, we set out to offer a few of our favorite creations. After a year of research finding the right tomato, mix of spices and the ability to get it right every time, Cucina Diana has arrived. The winning ingredient in the Salsa Di Marinara Diana - the San Marzano, a meaty, tasty plum tomato grown near Naples, Italy in soil mixed with volcanic ash from Mt. Vesuvius.
